Once you've booked your stay, you'll receive a text message and/or email from your hotel containing a web link that allows you to add your room key to Apple Wallet from your hotel’s EntryReady Mobile Key™ webpage. The key will be activated automatically once you check in and your room is assigned.
To use your room key, just hold your iPhone or Apple Watch close to the door lock until you hear a click. With Express Mode, there’s no need to unlock your device or launch an app.
How will I know when my room key is ready?
After you receive a text or email invitation to add your room key to Apple Wallet, you can add it to your iPhone. The room key will automatically activate once you check in and your room is assigned.
